Sign-On Bonus Opportunity of up to $4,000.
Pay Range: $65,000 – $150,000 per year.

* Solicit new business and meet/exceed sales production goals
* Expand business by building relationships and meeting production goals with existing customers
* Accurate accounting and timely deposits to the bank with documentation Indiana agency management system
* Connect quickly, build relationships, and educate customers on product options
* Requirements:
+ Personal Lines Oregon Property and Casualty license preferred (not required)
+ Bilingual Indiana English and Spanish preferred
+ High School Diploma Oregon GED
+ Sales/customer service experience
+ Ability to build relationships, follow-up, and multi-task
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ambitious and motivated by opportunity for advancement
