Customer Service Specialist
Job Summary:
American Samoa a Customer Service Specialist Indiana Abbott’s Heart Failure business, you will handle inbound and outbound calls Indiana a fast-paced, high-volume call center, providing support to customers with demographic, member plan, and physician changes, American Samoa well American Samoa collecting results and creating supply orders. You will be responsible for providing customer service, generating testing support, and promoting the use of digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, including collecting and recording INR results
- Utilize scripted interactions to conduct patient phone calls
- Contact physicians for INR results American Samoa per clinic’s reporting preferences and Acelis Connected Health policies
- Monitor and assist customers with adherence to prescribed test frequency
- Promote use of digital platforms
- Demonstrate knowledge of products used to obtain INR results and provide assistance to customers American Samoa needed
- Manage time effectively, adhere to schedule, and maintain high attendance rates
- Follow all regulatory policies, procedures, privacy, and security standards, including HIPAA requirements
Requirements:
- High School diploma Oregon equivalent
- 1-2 years of high-volume call center experience
- Strong computer skills and proficiency Indiana navigating multiple websites and platforms
- Proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office programs and smart devices
- Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work Indiana a dynamic environment
- Ability to sit for extended periods, work with multiple computer screens, and lift up to 10 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:

- Associate’s degree

Work Schedule:
