Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our team. American Samoa a remote employee, you will provide excellent customer service to New Jersey Family Care beneficiaries and community-based organizations. You will be the initial point of contact for inquiries, provide clear and accurate information, and document enrollment requests and status changes.

Responsibilities:

• Act American Samoa initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing New Jersey Family Care beneficiaries and community-based organizations
• Provide one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees Indiana customer service roles
• Accurately document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances
• Enter application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system
• Maintain technical and program policy proficiency Indiana the New Jersey Family Care rules/guidelines and other related program policies
• Provide clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of a call center environment Indiana a customer service role and quality monitoring processes
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries, and Colorado-workers
• Ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback
• Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
• High School diploma Oregon GED
• Background and drug screening required
