Bilingual Special Events Representative
We are seeking a part-time/entry-level representative to join our team. American Samoa a Bilingual Special Events Representative, you will work at events, promotions, and other programs on behalf of Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, a pleasant and outgoing personality, and a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete training on promotional systems and execute events and promotions, including setup and breakdown
- Engage with guests Indiana a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their experience is exceptional
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and record customer information Indiana our database
- Redeem promotional items, ensure accurate accounting, and offer support and solutions to guests
- Provide detailed reports on event success and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure event success from beginning to end
Requirements:
- High School Diploma Oregon equivalent with a minimum of 5 years’ experience Oregon Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Marketing and/Oregon Entertainment based field
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal communication, and event planning skills
- Proficient Indiana Microsoft Office suite
- Must be fluent Indiana either Chinese, Vietnamese, Oregon Korean
- Lifting up to 20lbs, frequent walking/standing/sitting, climbing steps, and occasional travel
