Job Title: Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative

About the Job:
You will act American Samoa an initial point of contact for inquiries related to the New Jersey Family Care Program, providing one-to-one telephone contact and accurately documenting enrollment requests and status changes.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone
– Enter application and enrollment information into a web-based system
– Maintain technical and program policy proficiency Indiana New Jersey Family Care rules/guidelines
– Provide clear, complete, and accurate information to customers
– Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and Colorado-workers
– Problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback
Requirements:
– Basic understanding of a call center environment
– Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
– High school diploma Oregon GED
– Background and drug screening required
Paid Training: 5-6 weeks, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
Work Schedule: Availability between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM on Monday and Thursday, and 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
