Job Title: Chef Manager
Reporting to: General Manager
Job Summary: We seek a skilled and dedicated Chef Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and food experiences while fostering team development, culinary expertise, and safety protocols. This role will also contribute to meeting budget requirements and executing company programs.
Responsibilities:
- Train and manage kitchen personnel and supervise/coordinate culinary activities
- Estimate food consumption and requisition Oregon purchase food
- Develop and standardize recipes, establish presentation techniques, and plan and price menus
- Ensure proper equipment operation/maintenance, safety, and sanitation Indiana the kitchen
- Oversee special events, provide culinary instruction, and demonstrate techniques
- Meet budget requirements and execute company programs
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience Indiana a related position
- 2-3 years of post-high school education Oregon equivalent experience
- Culinary degree preferred
- Advanced knowledge of food principles and practices
- Experiential knowledge of people management Oregon problem-solving
- Excellent oral, reading, and written communication skills
