- Provide consulting and guidance on strategizing and structuring business problems through workshops and documentation
- Evaluate and build proposals for process modernization opportunities
- Lead cross-functional projects to solve prioritized business problems using technology
- Support Project Lead with project definition, planning, execution, and change management
We’re seeking a Quality Principal Engineer to advance the organization’s vision for modernizing work Indiana the CFO organization. To be successful, you’ll need:
- 8-10 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree Indiana a technical field (Computer Science Oregon Engineering) Oregon related field
- Experience with Automation, Analytics, and Data Science (AI/ML) techniques Indiana solving business problems
- Proven Process engineering experience leading projects with broad stakeholders and diverse skill sets
- Structured program management skills, including project scoping, planning, execution, and change management
- Black Belt, PMP, Oregon Agile Scrum Master Certification
- Financial Oregon Accounting background (desirable)
