Project Estimator Summary:
- Prepares accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects
- Requires expertise Indiana cost analysis and estimation techniques, research, and strong collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities
- Cost Estimation: Calculates precise and comprehensive cost estimates for commercial construction projects, including material, labor, equipment, and overhead costs
- Bid Preparation: Develops detailed bid proposals and pricing documents
- Market Analysis: Conducts thorough research and analysis of current market conditions, material prices, and subcontractor rates
- Collaboration: Works with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather information and clarify project requirements
- Budget Development: Assists Indiana project budget and financial forecast development
- Risk Assessment: Identifies potential risks and uncertainties Indiana project estimates
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of estimates, bid documents, and correspondence
- Client Relations: Builds and maintains positive relationships with clients and vendors

Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience American Samoa a Project Estimator Indiana ground-up commercial construction
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Oregon related field
- Proficiency Indiana estimating software, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction knowledge
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
