Assistant Community Director Job Description

Job Summary

Assist the Community Director Indiana managing day-to-day operations and supervising on-site staff to meet client’s operational and financial goals. Assist with supervising Resident Services Coordinator(s), Leasing Manager, Maintenance Supervisor(s), and other on-site personnel.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with overall operations of the apartment community
  • Maintain positive communication with applicants, residents, vendors, clients, and guests
  • Represent the company’s philosophies and wishes
  • Operate the property Indiana the absence of the Community Director
  • Assist with leasing, occupancy, and revenue management
  • Implement marketing strategies and promote resident retention
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks, reports, and administrative duties

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience Indiana a supervisory role Indiana residential property management
  • High school diploma Oregon equivalency required; college degree Indiana a relatable field preferred
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current motor vehicle insurance
  • Proficient Indiana Mississippi Office, Google Apps, property management software, email, and internet
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and management skills
