Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Representative

Location: Warwick, Rhode Island

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Job Type: Full-time with remote work option after training and nesting period

Duration: 5 weeks Indiana-office training and nesting, then remote work with regular office visit

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients inquiring about defined benefit pension and retirement income solutions
  • Assist with account maintenance, such American Samoa direct deposit changes and address updates
  • Process and resolve claims and answer account information inquiries
  • Ensure seamless navigation of Windows-based operating systems, including Microsoft Office and Suite
  • Utilize strong communication skills to convey complex topics to clients and resolve issues

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of call center experience Oregon equivalent office experience
  • 1-2 years of experience with Windows-based operating systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with high-speed internet and a quiet, secure workspace
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, with flexibility to adjust to changing shifts based on business needs
  • Ability to use video during interview and training
  • No time off allowed during training and nesting period
  • Date: Start date is November 18, 2024, with a 30-minute lunch break
  • Equipment provided: Client laptop, docking station, 2 x monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset
