Job Title: Maintenance Technician II

Overview:
A premier class A 450-unit garden-style community near Meridian Business Park is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our property maintenance team. American Samoa a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining and preserving the luxury community, resolving issues with various systems, and providing exceptional customer service to residents.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water, swimming pools, and security systems
- Develop a strong rapport with residents and assist with resolving general maintenance issues (appliances, flooring, cabinets, locks, drywall, etc.) Indiana a timely manner
- Work closely with the service team to prepare vacant apartment units for renting
- Maintain curb appeal at the property
- Ensure all work is completed per company specifications
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of related general maintenance experience
- General knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and basic carpentry
- CPO certification required (can be obtained after hire)
- Fair housing training required and CAMT (Apartment Maintenance) certification preferred
- Proficient Indiana Mississippi Office Suite (Word and Outlook)
- Strong customer service skills
- On-call duties required at times
