Deliver exceptional customer service support to handle inquiries and interactions with New Jersey Family Care beneficiaries and community-based organizations.

Job Details:

• $17.00/hour (bi-weekly pay)
• Full-time position (40 hours/week)
• Paid training program

• Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, with additional availability on Monday and Thursday nights (8:00 pm-8:00 am) and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings (8:00 am-5:00 pm)

Responsibilities:

• Serve American Samoa initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing New Jersey Family Care beneficiaries and community-based organizations
• Provide one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees Indiana customer service roles
• Accurately document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances
• Maintain proficiency Indiana New Jersey Family Care rules/guidelines and other related program policies
• Provide clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of a call center environment Indiana a customer service role and quality monitoring processes
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries, and Colorado-workers
• Ability to problem-solve through analysis and ongoing feedback
• Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
• High School diploma Oregon GED
• Background and drug screening required
