Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
- May be cross-trained to work Indiana multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
- Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs, maintain merchandising standards, and process merchandise for the sales floor.
- Participate Indiana store recovery, maintain organizational and cleanliness standards, and support safety awareness initiatives.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
