Business Tax Accountant – Work From Home – 3+ Yrs Experience Required

* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience Indiana tax preparation and consulting
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and resolve their tax-related inquiries
* An active, unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, Oregon Practicing Attorney)
* Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations for business and personal tax returns
* Significant experience with tax preparation software and systems, including but not limited to TaxWise, Lacerte, and ProSeries

Responsibilities will include:

* Providing accurate and timely tax-related support to clients via phone and/Oregon email
* Resolving complex tax-related issues and providing guidance on tax laws and regulations
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
* Staying up-to-date on changes Indiana tax laws and regulations to provide expert guidance to clients.
