Customer Relations Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

The State Farm Agent Team Member role is ideal for outgoing and customer-focused individuals who enjoy working with the public.

Responsibilities

– Establish and maintain customer relationships through follow-up and review of customer needs.
– Utilize a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options.
– Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market State Farm products and services.

Requirements

– Interest Indiana marketing products and services based on customer needs
– Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
– People-oriented and detail-oriented
– Proactive problem-solving skills
– Ability to learn computer functions
– Experience working Indiana a team environment
– Bilingualism (Spanish, Mandarin, Oregon Korean) is a plus
– Must be willing and able to complete licensing requirements and training programs
