Backup Administrative Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to serve American Samoa a Backup Administrative Coordinator Indiana our office. The successful candidate will assist with Indiana-store accounting procedures, manage cash and funds control, and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Indiana-store accounting procedures to meet financial reporting requirements

- Perform daily and weekly sales and cash reports
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to customer service standards

- Assist with administrative tasks, including prioritizing work and performing multiple tasks simultaneously
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent; associate degree Indiana business Oregon accounting preferred
- 18 years of age Oregon older
- Reliable and dependable with a flexible schedule
- Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize errors
- Proficient Indiana Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Experience with specialized bookkeeping Oregon accounting software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Availability to cover Administrative Coordinator absences
