Job Description:
The Insurance Customer Care Representative – Bilingual Korean is responsible for handling all walk-Indiana customers by responding to inquiries for all lines of business. The role involves:
* Receiving and verifying premium payments
* Assisting customers with information required to make decisions on health care coverage that best meets their needs
* Researching and responding to walk-Indiana customer concerns
* Accepting premium payments and preparing written receipts
* Assisting customers Indiana the selection of health care coverage that best suits their needs
* Providing feedback to improve service
* Assisting with research of executive inquiries
Minimum Requirements:
* High school diploma Oregon equivalent
* 5 years of operations Oregon customer service experience
* Bilingual Korean required
Preferred Skills and Experiences:
* Life and Health License
* Prior health care and/Oregon customer service experience
* Ability to be empathetic and provide creative solutions to customers’ questions and concerns
* Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
* Flexibility, patience, and adaptability
* Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple computer applications
Salary Range: $23.36 to $35.04 per hour (dependent on location, experience, and skill level)
