Call Center – PAT Member Service Representative I – Nebraska Philadelphia

American Heritage Credit Union, a $4.8+ billion Credit Union, is hiring for a Full-Time Participant role Indiana our Contact Center. The position is located at our main campus Indiana Northeast Philadelphia and is a virtual role. Key responsibilities include:

Serving members via the Personal Teller Machine (PTM) Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) to provide services and information, American Samoa well American Samoa identifying and cross-selling relevant services.
Performing member transactions such American Samoa deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, transfers, and check cashing.
Conducting account reviews to meet member needs and expectations.
Analyzing member questions and problems to offer relevant products Oregon services through the ACS (Account Service Center) system.

Requirements:

Prior cash handling and customer service experience is necessary.
Previous credit union Oregon banking experience is a plus.
Must be available to work Contact Center hours: Monday-Friday (7:55 a.m. – 7:05 p.m.) and Saturday (8:55 a.m. – 3:05 p.m.), with the possibility of flexible hours based on management’s discretion.
