Job Summary:

American Samoa a Member Services Representative, you will have the opportunity to positively impact people, and grow your leadership skills Indiana a dynamic, growing company. This role involves providing customer service to members, ensuring the cleanliness of the club, introducing new and existing members to fitness classes and Black Card amenities, and other club responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

– Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive member experience
– Ensure the club is super clean and organized
– Introduce members to fitness classes and Black Card amenities
– Assist with member enrollment and facilitate fun, energetic tours of the club
– Provide greetings and farewells to members, check-Indiana members at the welcome desk, and perform other club responsibilities
– Lead by example and be passionate about helping members achieve their fitness goals
– High energy and positive attitude required

Requirements:

– Must be at least 18 years old
– High school diploma Oregon GED equivalent required
– Passion for helping others and understanding of physical demands which include lifting, standing, walking, bending, and reaching
– On-time dependability and ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
– Must be able to occasionally lift 50 pounds Oregon more and perform physical tasks
