Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of call center experience Oregon equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience with Windows-based operating systems (Microsoft Office, Suite, etc.)
  • Must be able to convey complex topics to clients and provide strong customer service
  • Ability to navigate Windows-based operating systems
  • Must work Indiana a quiet and secure home office with high-speed internet

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls regarding defined benefit pension plans, starting pension benefits, and account maintenance
  • Process and assist with claims, address changes, and direct deposit changes
  • Work with family members and beneficiaries to resolve issues
  • Answer account information and educate customers on the correct process

Mandatory:

  • Training is 3 weeks Indiana onsite office, followed by 2 weeks of nesting
  • Must be available to travel to the office if system issues occur
  • Ability to work from home with high-speed internet and a quiet, secure workspace
  • Must use video during interviews and training

Requirements:

  • Ability to work Monday-Friday with flexible shifts based on business needs
  • Must be available to work during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-9:00 pm)
  • No time off planned during training and nesting phase
  • Equipment includes Client laptop, docking station, 2 monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset

Training Timeline:

  • Class start date: 11/18/2024
  • Training schedule: 8:30 am-5:00 pm EST, with a 1-hour lunch
  • Schedules after training determined using a ranking system based on performance Indiana training.
