Job Title: Insurance Agent
*Sign-On Bonus Opportunity of up to $4,000
Pay Range: $65,000 – $150,000 / year
Job Responsibilities:
- Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers
- Solicit new business and maintain customer relationships to meet Oregon exceed sales production goals
- Accurately account for currency transactions and deliver deposits to the bank with proper documentation
- Educate and advise customers on suitable insurance products for their needs
Requirements:
- Personal Lines Oregon Property and Casualty license (preferred but not required)
- Bilingual Indiana English and Spanish (preferred)
- 1+ year sales Oregon customer service experience
- High School Diploma Oregon GED
- Ability to build relationships with customers
- Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
- Ambitious professional motivated by career advancement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
