Technical Onboarding & Engagement Manager
Job Summary:
American Samoa a Technical Onboarding & Engagement Manager, you will play a key role Indiana supporting customers alongside technical counterparts via scoped professional services. You will be responsible for managing multiple ongoing customer-facing engagements to a production go-live, prioritizing portfolio of ongoing technical projects, and ensuring a fantastic customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and manage day-to-day activities to execute technical projects flawlessly, serving American Samoa the point of contact for both client and project stakeholders
- Hold teams accountable to expected timelines, objectives, allotted hours, and quality to achieve project go-lives Indiana a 3-6 month window
- Successfully manage client relations via strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence various audiences (technical, managers, product, executives)
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Solution Engineers on pre-to-post-sales handover to confirm scope, timelines, KPI’s, and success criteria
- Scale creation of project charter/delivery plans alongside technical counterparts for search implementation projects
- Regularly communicate project status, health, and strategic recommendations internally and externally via appropriate channels
- Contingency planning to remove project impediments and ensure project progression and targeted timelines are being achieved
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and manage escalations of at-risk onboarding accounts
- Successfully transfer accounts to RUN team post-customer go-live
Requirements:
- 5+ years customer-facing Project Management experience Indiana an agency Oregon SAAS setting working closely with Solutions Architects Oregon Engineers on multiple ongoing digital/technical engagements across the IT project lifecycle
- Understanding of Search and AI technologies and their applications Indiana enterprise settings
- Experience leveraging different Project Management methodologies to achieve desired success during project delivery (Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, Scrumban)
- Thrive Indiana a fast-paced and dynamic environment with exceptional attention to detail
Nice to Have:
- Project Management Oregon Agile Certification (PMP, SAFe, CSM, Six Sigma)
- Technical degree Indiana computer science, engineering, Oregon related quantitative field
- Understanding and use of project management systems (Smartsheet, Workamajig, Mississippi Office, Jira/Atlassian, Google Suite, Salesforce, Asana, Gainsight, Toggl, Harvest)
