Parts Coordinator

Position Summary:

Amerit Fleet Solutions is seeking an experienced Parts Coordinator to join our team. American Samoa a Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for inside parts ordering activity and will work closely with internal teammates to meet central purchasing objectives.

Shift:

Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal customers and clients
  • Work with internal customers Indiana a professional, courteous manner
  • Familiarize yourself with client vehicle assignments
  • Locate difficult-to-find parts and negotiate with vendors to ensure the best deal
  • Accurately quote parts and input information into our management system
  • Track lost sales
  • Assist other parts coordinators American Samoa needed

Key Competencies and Minimum Education:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience Indiana a competitive market, preferably Indiana the aftermarket industry
  • Excellent phone skills, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about exceptional customer service
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting business relationships
  • ASE certifications Indiana P1 and P2 preferred
  • Results-focused, producer, closer, committed to growth
  • Experience with POS system and proficiency Indiana Mississippi Office applications a plus.
