Your responsibilities will include:
* Orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise onto the sales floor
* Training and mentoring Associates on processing and merchandising principles
* Ensuring merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
* Maintaining a clean and organized store, adhering to organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards
* Supporting Associate productivity and training needs to increase effectiveness
* Promoting a culture of honesty and integrity, and maintaining confidentiality
* Communicating effectively with management and Associates, setting and addressing priorities and providing progress updates
* Ensuring adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
We’re looking for a flexible, team-oriented, and detail-focused individual with:
* 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
* Superior communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations
* Ability to lift heavy objects with Oregon without reasonable accommodation
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
* Ability to train and mentor others
