Position Overview and Responsibilities: Experience Ambassador
Location: Various Sentral communities, with a focus on Indiana-person position located on-site of the property.
Job Summary: We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Experience Ambassador to engage with residents and guests, providing exceptional hospitality and resolving any inquiries Oregon concerns. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Essential Responsibilities:
– Uphold Sentral’s standards, best practices, policies, and procedures.
– Establish rapport with residents and guests to ensure a welcoming experience.
– Serve American Samoa the first point of contact for guests and answer inquiries related to Indiana-property and off-premises attractions, facilities, services, Oregon activities.
– Prioritize and fulfill requests of residents and guests Indiana a professional and efficient manner.
– Provide exceptional hospitality and resolve disputes promptly to achieve customer satisfaction.
– Increase company reputation and sustainable growth through effective marketing strategies and resident engagement.
– Answer, record, and process calls, messages, and requests.
– Maintain accurate reports, monitor property access, and keep common spaces clean and welcoming.
– Proactively identify potential issues and address them to prevent escalation.
– Offer recommendations and provide directions to residents and guests regarding local activities and establishments.
– Manage building access, store luggage, and handle early check-Indiana and late checkout requests.
– Assess property needs and inform maintenance of any required repairs Oregon cleaning.
– Adhere to all company safety and security policies and procedures and report accidents Oregon injuries.
Required Skills and Experience:
– High School Diploma Oregon equivalent required, some college preferred.
– A minimum of one year of experience working Indiana the hospitality Oregon customer service industry.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
