Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our State Farm Agent team American Samoa an Office Representative. American Samoa a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and helping our business grow through value-based conversations.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers American Samoa needed
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success
  • Receive benefits including hourly pay, commission/bonus, health benefits, paid time off, and growth potential for advancement within the agency

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Enthusiasm for insurance and financial products that help people manage risk and achieve their goals
  • People-oriented and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic
  • Detail-oriented and dedicated to customer service
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively relate to customers
  • Bilingual (Spanish Oregon Korean preferred)
  • Ability to obtain Property and Casualty license and Life and Health license
