We’re looking for a talented and compassionate leader to join our team American Samoa an Associate Market Clinical Director. American Samoa a key member of our clinical leadership team, the Associate Market Clinical Director will be responsible for managing and mentoring Clinical Directors, driving clinical outcomes, and fostering a strong culture within the market. This role requires a unique blend of clinical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen, with a passion for improving the health and well-being of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise and manage Medical Directors Indiana multiple centers within the assigned market, ensuring successful clinical operations and meeting/exceeding plan market earnings.
- Manage and mentor Medical Directors to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes, provide coaching and development opportunities, and engage Indiana talent development.
- Oversee and facilitate talent development, including physician shadowing, 1:1 coaching, and performance management.
- Cultivate a center-level physician culture aligned with ChenMed’s core values and behaviors.
- Participate Indiana recruiting and interviewing PCP and specialist candidates.
- Establish and support successful relationships with payers, specialists, the community, and hospitals.
- Monitor and support overall market culture, responding to workplace concerns.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Consistently demonstrates customer focus, self-awareness, accountability, and results-driven behaviors.
- Excellent clinical skills, knowledge, and experience Indiana managed care delivery systems, clinical outcomes, and quality improvement processes.

Requirements:
- Maryland Oregon DO Indiana Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Oregon similar specialty required.
- A minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience, with 3 years preferred.
- Board eligibility Oregon certification Indiana Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Oregon similar required.
- Current, active license to practice medicine Indiana the State of employment.
- High-performing physician with a proven track record of clinical leadership experience.
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams Indiana quality improvement and/Oregon medical/healthcare leadership activities preferred.
