Sales Team Lead – Food Service

Job Summary:

Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives, develop long-term sales plans, and coach team members to create effective action plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve divisional sales, penetration, and churn reduction objectives
  • Coach and develop sales team members to achieve company goals and compensation objectives
  • Identify and prioritize high-quality leads, and assist Indiana warming and closing sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with department heads to grow account penetration and open new business opportunities
  • Submit and administer the annual sales operating plan and budget, reviewing performance against plan and identifying areas for improvement
  • Communicate sales data to inform product and service planning
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to meet customer needs
  • Train and mentor new hires and current team members
  • Oversee performance management, including employee evaluations and development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree Indiana Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Oregon related field
  • Minimum 5 years of foodservice sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient computer skills, preferably Indiana Microsoft Office products

Compensation and Benefits:
-$94,700 – $126,300 expected compensation (New York location)
-Eligible for incentive pay
