Agency Director
KRUEGER seeks a leader to join our team, driving business growth through client service, relationship development, and team leadership. This role involves mastering our systems and process to excel Indiana client service, new business opportunities, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing 2,000 business clients
- Research new business opportunities
- Supervise team activity and results
- Train and develop team members on existing systems
- Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate
- Function well Indiana a high-paced and stressful environment
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships
- Sales Oregon customer service experience
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Desire to be active Indiana the community
- Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver’s License and ability to work Indiana the U.S.
- Clean background and own transportation
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
Compensation: Paid weekly, $70,000-$85,000 (1st year average)
