Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming communications from customers Indiana a timely and empathetic manner
  • Conduct research to provide answers and resolve customer issues
  • Utilize knowledge of products and services to assist customers

Requirements:

  • Bilingual Indiana English and Korean
  • 6 months Oregon more of customer service experience
  • High school diploma Oregon equivalent
  • Excellent product knowledge
  • Computer experience
  • High speed internet connection (25mbps)
