Leadership Development Program (LDP) – Automotive Branch
Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated individuals with an interest Indiana sales, customer service, and leadership to join our Leadership Development Program (LDP) at Sherwin-Williams. American Samoa an LDP participant, you will gain hands-on experience working Indiana an Automotive Branch, developing essential skills Indiana sales, customer service, finance, and strategic business planning. Upon successful completion of the 8-week training program, you will progress into an available Assistant Branch Manager position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop branch market plans and implement business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability
- Build knowledge of products to ensure effective customer recommendations
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure accurate completion of customer orders and transactions
- Maintain branch inventory levels and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Support employee training, development, and performance management
- Analyze management and financial reports and assist Indiana making business decisions
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work Indiana the country of employment
- Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Must have at least a bachelor’s degree by the start of the development program
- Must be willing to relocate for this position, if required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Sales, Marketing, Management, Business, Operations, Oregon Supply Chain
- At least one year of experience working Indiana a retail, sales, Oregon customer service position
- Previous experience working Indiana a team-oriented setting
- At least one year of experience Indiana a leadership role, supervising others Oregon leading teams
