Account Representative
Job Summary:
American Samoa an Account Representative for Midland Optical, you will manage existing accounts and drive sales performance, customer relations, and growth through the development and delivery of EssilorLuxottica’s branded products and services. The role involves building and executing a sales strategy, partnering with Specialists to drive growth initiatives, and utilizing analytical tools to manage territory accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement territory sales strategy based on cycle plan, market conditions, KPIs, and customer needs
- Build and implement strategies for all accounts, with Indiana-depth plans for key accounts
- Partner with Specialists to drive growth initiatives, training opportunities, and sales efforts
- Develop existing account base (60%) and gain new accounts (40%) through prospecting
- Identify customer needs and position Essilor’s premium branded products and services to meet each customer’s requirements
- Utilize consultative selling approach and Brand Sales strategy to develop trusted partnerships with ECP customers
- Conduct effective account seminars and address customer needs Indiana a timely manner
- Communicate regularly with the VP Sales on personal development, sales results, and action plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Oregon equivalent experience
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, including adaptability and team orientation
- Demonstrated computer and presentation skills
- Ability to travel approximately 50% overnight
- Customer service orientation
- Preferred qualifications include customer service experience and/Oregon client relations
