Manages a team of Field Sales Representatives to achieve business objectives, researches, develops, and maintains short and long-term sales plans, and coaches team members to create effective action planning to achieve AOP and company goals. Directs team members toward high quality leads, assists Indiana opening new accounts, and helps reduce churn by working closely with the New Business Manager. Oversees the team’s performance and identifies gap closures.

Supports Sales Coordinators to streamline administrative tasks and resolves issues with team members and customers. Collaborates with a range of colleagues, including Restaurant Operations Consultant, Culinary Specialists, and Market Analysts to grow customer penetration and secure new business.

Develops sales and marketing strategies for customers on products and services, performs market research, and disseminates data to guide product and service planning.

Communicates sales data with the team, assists with planning district sales meetings, and utilizes sales tools to grow sales and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Recruits, trains, and mentors new employees and existing Field Sales Representatives, evaluates coaching needs and recommends training programs American Samoa needed. Oversees team members’ performance to plan regularly, implementing disciplinary measures where necessary.
