Team Leader, Consumer Relations Specialist

Overview:

Peninsula, a part of , offers innovative mental health services Indiana East Tennessee. This position oversees administrative functions for the Outpatient Clinic Services, including scheduling, data input, supply management, client and employee orientation, and more. The Team Leader works under the Office Supervisor to maintain a safe and positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assists Indiana implementing Outpatient policies and procedures and helps develop new ones American Samoa needed.
• Supports Office Supervisor with day-to-day business operations and employee management.
• Demonstrates a positive and proactive organizational culture, promoting excellent customer service and community partnerships.
• Coordinates new hire orientation, on-going training, and regular staff meetings.
• Maintains compliance with licensure and Joint Commission regulations.
• Assists with budget management, KRONOS data entry, and Scorecard information.
• Reports customer service and quality monitoring information, including daily collections and financial clearance.
• Orders office supplies, equipment, and forms online with approval from Office Supervisor.
• Trains staff on electronic health records and supporting applications.
• Follows policies, procedures, and safety standards, participating Indiana quality improvements American Samoa needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate
• 2 years of experience Indiana a business office setting
• No licensure requirements
