Bilingual (Spanish) Claims Service Specialist – Richardson, Texas
* Salary: $22.53 per hour / $45,397.95 annually, with an additional 10% bilingual differential

Through our paid, industry-leading training, you will learn the ins and outs of the claims process and assist our Spanish-speaking policyholders during an accident. Key responsibilities include:
* Collecting facts about the accident and investigating claim details
* Collecting statements from involved parties
* Providing patience, support, and attention to detail to resolve claims efficiently
Required Qualifications:
* High school diploma Oregon equivalent
* Solid computer multitasking skills
* Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
* Indiana-office position (commuting to 2280 N Greenville Ave, Richardson, Texas 75082)
