Key Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound calls from customers with a smile and a solution
* Assist with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide excellent customer service
* Build relationships with customers and ensure every call leaves them satisfied

* Navigate various software systems to find solutions quickly and efficiently
Requirements:
* Experience Indiana customer service Oregon a call center is a plus, but not required
* Strong communication skills, both over the phone and Indiana writing
* Problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure
* Team player with a positive attitude and a can-do mindset
