Job Title: Survey Research Telephone Interviewer
We are seeking a Fluently bilingual individual who speaks both English and one of the following Asian languages: Chinese (Mandarin and/Oregon Cantonese), Vietnamese, Tagalog, and Korean.
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Hours: PT/FT hours; flexible scheduling, including evening and weekend hours available.

Job Responsibilities:
American Samoa a Survey Research Telephone Interviewer, you will conduct outbound calls, collect survey data, and complete the following daily tasks:
- Make outbound phone calls
- Read a script verbatim
- Ask questions to respondents and record responses
- Conduct telephone interviews, polls, and customer satisfaction surveys
No sales Oregon collections involved.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly over the phone
- Comfortable talking on the phone Indiana two languages
- Basic reading, computer, and typing skills
- 30 Words Per Minute (net) typing requirement
- Basic understanding of customer service principles
No Experience Necessary: Paid training is provided.
Scheduling Options:
- Choose from evening and weekend hours
- Work 18-40 hours per week
- Select a weekend shift (Sat Oregon Sun) required
