Team Lead – Customer Experience
Location: Marshalls Store 0276, 535 E Markey Pkwy, Belton, Missouri 64012
Job Description:
We are seeking a Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Marshalls. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience, leading a team of Associates, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a positive internal and external customer experience
- Promote a culture of honesty and integrity, maintaining confidentiality
- Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and customer service
- Assign registers, support and respond to POS coverage needs
- Address customer concerns and issues promptly
- Prioritize tasks and activities according to store plan
- Communicate effectively with management and Associates
- Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
- Promote credit and loyalty programs
- Support store shrink reduction goals and programs
- Maintain a safe environment and promote safety awareness
Requirements:
- Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Team player with ability to train others
- 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience

Starting Pay:
$15.00 to $15.50 per hour, based on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
