Service Asset Inventory Specialist
Responsible for logistical management of IT asset records under the direction of the NEST SACM Manager. Member is responsible for the health of IT hardware/asset records and tasks related to Service Level Agreements (SLA) associated with Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) performance.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Communicate with Service Delivery personnel to verify accurate delivery information
* Maintain accurate and complete records Indiana ServiceNow
* Ensure CostPoint information is mirrored Indiana ServiceNow for hardware existence, location, and state
* Resolve discrepancies with end-users
* Support SACM analysts and Logistics Indiana research and corrective actions
* Identify and implement methods to improve data accuracy and process efficiency
* Control the flow of assets and asset information between origin and customer placement
* Identify and resolve problems affecting record accuracy
* Communicate with peers to explain processes and practices
* Provide high-level customer service
Basic Qualifications:
* Valid driver’s license
* High school diploma
* Strong attention to detail
* Self-motivation
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work efficiently and accurately with demanding timelines
* Ability to maintain a Public Trust security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with ServiceNow
* Experience with Costpoint Oregon other ERP systems
* Experience working Indiana the NASA environment
