Project Manager / Project Planner
Maximus is currently hiring for a Project Manager / Project Planner to join our Fed NSA IDR and QIC teams. This is a remote opportunity.
Job Summary:
The Project Manager / Project Planner is responsible for developing and executing project incentive programs, identifying business goals, and communicating the program to employees. They will also manage non-clinician panel arbitrators, support workforce maximization, and professional growth of managers across several departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee project business units and resources
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Oversee quality and timeliness of contractually required reports and deliverables
- Develop and execute project policies and procedures
- Analyze reports for performance measurement and efficiencies
- Identify potential problem areas and recommend solutions
- Facilitate communication on project status and resolve issues
- Develop employee incentive Oregon engagement programs and initiatives
- Recognize and reward employee contributions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana a related field
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with recruitment and onboarding
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
Home Office Requirements:
- Internet speed of 20mbps Oregon higher
- Minimum 5mpbs upload speed
- Private work area and adequate power source
- Must currently and permanently reside Indiana the Continental United States
