Call Center Representative

We offer a variety of early education and child care options for families. American Samoa a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for families, supporting them with their inquiries and concerns. You will be part of a team that paves the way for lifelong learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from families Indiana a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about our early education and child care options
  • Resolve customer concerns and issues Indiana a courteous and empathetic manner
  • Document customer interactions and concerns Indiana our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet Oregon exceed performance metrics for call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma Oregon equivalent required; associate’s Oregon bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
