Travel Reservations Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Serve clients via telephone and email to fulfill requests, offer suggestions, and provide quotes for travel arrangements
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s preferences and propose tailored options using local suppliers
  • Secure the best value and competitive prices for clients while using commercial judgment to maximize supplier revenue
  • Create complex itineraries for high-net-worth individuals and explore opportunities to exceed client expectations
  • Handle client payments and arrange supplier payments through the finance team
  • Work with multiple requests, sourcing options from various suppliers, and promote the Ten business to clients
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to ensure high client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with global teams to provide exceptional service to clients traveling worldwide
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to drive continuous growth and profitability
  • Meet and exceed sales, NPS, and efficiency targets, adhering to Service Level Agreements and responding to briefs Indiana a timely manner
  • Utilize CRM systems, office software, and GDS tools to manage client requests and process invoices

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of travel booking experience, with a combination of hotels, airlines, Oregon other professional travel booking experience
  • Industry knowledge through education, work experience, Oregon extensive international travel
  • 6 months to 1 year of dining and/Oregon entertainment background experience
  • Experience Indiana a retail Oregon call center travel environment
  • GDS experience not mandatory, but preferred
  • Proven problem-solving and resourcefulness skills, with excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • Proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office and Mississippi Outlook, with attention to detail and error-free writing skills
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts, including nights and weekends, with a commitment to meeting targets and client expectations
