Job Title: Front Desk Clerk

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide exceptional service to owners and guests by checking them Indiana and out, responding to requests, and resolving any issues.
– Manage front desk operations, including inputting information into the computerized reservations system, resolving unit availability, and generating invoices.
– Receive and process guest requests, including housekeeping and maintenance requests, and maintain safety deposit boxes.
– Maintain a sufficient inventory of supplies, including preparing arrival packets, and provide information on area attractions and resort amenities.
– Prepare correspondence and reports American Samoa needed.
– Provide excellent customer service and be adaptable to changing situations and schedules.

Qualifications:

– Proficient English language and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to communicate effectively verbally and Indiana writing.
– Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
– 6 months of customer service experience.
– Preference given to candidates with experience Indiana front desk Oregon guest services, cash/credit transactions, Oregon resort hospitality.
