Customer Service Representative (Pharmacy Associate)
Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative (Pharmacy Associate) to provide exceptional service to our customers and assist our pharmacists Indiana the practice of pharmacy. The ideal candidate will be able to work Indiana a fast-paced environment, register sales, process prescriptions, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive experience
- Assist pharmacists with prescription filling, patient information, and workflow management
- Process prescriptions, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records
- Provide sales advice, recommend products, and promote trade-up and companion items
- Operate a cash register, handle transactions, and manage cash and change
- Maintain store appearance, including cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising
- Participate Indiana training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills Indiana healthcare and pharmacy
Requirements:
- Fluency Indiana reading, writing, and speaking English (except Indiana Puerto Rico)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills and computer proficiency
- Preferably 6 months of retail experience Oregon prior experience with Walgreens
- PTCB certification and knowledge of store inventory control are desirable
Pay Information:
- Hourly rate: up to $18
- Start rate: $16
