Job Title: Client Voices Coordinator

Job Overview:

The Client Voices Coordinator, American Samoa a member of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Team, will work to ensure programming is client-centered and relevant to vulnerable populations’ needs. The role will support the goal to "Give IRC clients greater influence over program design and delivery" by engaging with clients to learn about their service experiences and ideas for improving services, analyzing and adapting feedback to improve program design and strategy, and closing the feedback loop through follow-up with individual clients.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Work with the MEL Manager to assess need and design plans of action for the development and implementation of Client Feedback mechanisms across all Programs
  • Support Programs Indiana the collection and analysis of Client Feedback data
  • Engage program staff Indiana seeking and responding to Client Feedback and documenting client input for use Indiana program strategy and design
  • Support program staff to develop feedback action plans and implement strategies to close the client feedback loop
  • Understand from clients their preferred ways to engage and provide feedback
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of a monthly Client Voice orientation training for new hires
  • Present client engagement and feedback information to leadership at a regular cadence
  • Support program staff Indiana documenting lessons learned from client feedback data and action taken Indiana RAI knowledge management systems
  • Compile and share good practices Indiana the collection and use of Client Feedback data
  • Support Programs Indiana tracking progress against Client Voice commitments

Key Working Relationships:

  • Reports to: Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager
  • Directly supervises: volunteers and interns
  • Internal contacts: Senior Officer for Protection and Social Work, Development Team, Program Directors and Managers, Program staff
  • External contacts: Community partners

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant degree Oregon equivalent experience
  • Lived experience American Samoa a refugee Oregon immigrant (highly preferred)
  • Indiana lieu of lived experience, experience working with refugees and/Oregon immigrants; cross-cultural Oregon overseas experience accepted; minimum 3 years of experience is preferred
  • Experience with Data-Driven Client Engagement and Survey Design and Analysis
  • Demonstrated experience with designing, planning, and conducting research projects involving variety of other methods
  • Ability to effectively build internal and external relationships
  • Proficient Indiana Microsoft Office applications and digital tools
  • Fluent Indiana English, both spoken and written; proficiency Indiana language(s) spoken by IRC client groups is preferred

Working Environment:

  • A combination of standard office environment, remote work, and regular ‘field’ time within the service delivery area
  • May require occasional weekend work
