Bilingual (Spanish) Claims Service Specialist

Job Summary:

Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, responding to claims and resolving customer inquiries Indiana a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls from customers to address their claims and service inquiries
  • Gather detailed information and resolve customer issues Indiana a professional and courteous manner
