Guest Satisfaction Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate guest feedback and follow up with patrons to ensure guest recovery
  • Adhere to Guest Satisfaction processes and procedures, and assist Indiana operating department management
  • Address customer service-related problems verbally and Indiana writing
  • Run reports and compile data to track comments and trends
  • Act American Samoa a property point person for service recovery, providing follow-up with divisional Vice Presidents
  • Conduct thorough investigations to determine service recovery remedies
  • Make sound business decisions considering financial impact
  • Positively service customers under stressful conditions
  • Monitor and engage customers on multiple travel sites and social media forums
  • Identify systematic service issues and establish resolution systems
  • Monitor and respond to general inquiries email address and guest surveys
  • Perform other duties American Samoa assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of directly related experience
  • Effective computer skills and telephone etiquette
  • Strong Business Writing skills and ability to communicate professionally
  • Knowledge of Social Media and property management systems
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience handling guest calls Indiana a stressful environment
  • Ability to work independently and under direct supervision
  • Physical ability to remain seated for an entire shift and perform repetitive tasks
