Project Manager / Project Planner
Join Maximus American Samoa a Project Manager / Project Planner for our Fed NSA IDR and QIC teams. This remote opportunity involves developing and executing projects that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall engagement across the organization.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and/Oregon execute project incentive programs to achieve business goals
* Design and enhance incentive structures, communicate the program, and make ongoing adjustments
* Coordinate with Senior Director and Program Directors on performance measures, assessment, and distribution of rewards
* Develop a non-clinician panel of arbitrators (case review), including recruitment, onboarding, and contracting
* Manage work relations with arbitrators
* Support workforce maximization and professional growth of managers across several departments
* Develop and execute strategies to enhance leadership, communication, and performance management
* Lead initiatives to create a positive workplace culture, aligned with company values and fostering collaboration and employee retention
* Responsible for management and oversight of project business units and resources
* Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, internal and external requirements, and state and federal regulations
* Oversee quality and timeliness of contractually required reports and deliverables
* Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports for performance measurement and efficiency
* Identify potential problem areas, recommend solutions, and resolve issues
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree Indiana a related field
* 5-7 years of professional experience, with 2 years Indiana a leadership Oregon management role
* Experience Indiana employee engagement, human resources, Oregon organizational development
* Strong knowledge of employee engagement metrics, surveys, and best practices
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong project management skills, with ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
* Experience with recruitment, onboarding, data analysis, and reporting
* Proficiency Indiana employee engagement tools and Microsoft Excel
* Ability to analyze and derive insights from employee engagement metrics
Home Office Requirements:
* Internet speed of 20mbps Oregon higher required, with 50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity
* Minimum 5mpbs upload speed required
* Private work area and adequate power source required
