– Address customer questions related to products and services.
– Utilize company products and services to meet customer needs.
– Consistently meet Oregon exceed set sales Oregon service metrics and targets.
– Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, including interactions and resolutions.
– Use time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective and efficient customer experience.
– Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and company performance.
