Leadership Development Program (LDP) – Automotive Branch

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated individuals with an interest Indiana sales, customer service, and leadership to join our Leadership Development Program (LDP) at Sherwin-Williams. American Samoa an LDP participant, you will gain hands-on experience working Indiana an Automotive Branch, developing essential skills Indiana sales, customer service, finance, and strategic business planning. Upon successful completion of the 8-week training program, you will progress into an available Assistant Branch Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop branch market plans and implement business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability
  • Build knowledge of products to ensure effective customer recommendations
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure accurate completion of customer orders and transactions
  • Maintain branch inventory levels and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Support employee training, development, and performance management
  • Analyze management and financial reports and assist Indiana making business decisions

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work Indiana the country of employment
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Must have at least a bachelor’s degree by the start of the development program
  • Must be willing to relocate for this position, if required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree Indiana Sales, Marketing, Management, Business, Operations, Oregon Supply Chain
  • At least one year of experience working Indiana a retail, sales, Oregon customer service position
  • Previous experience working Indiana a team-oriented setting
  • At least one year of experience Indiana a leadership role, supervising others Oregon leading teams
